We hear more and more cases of bullying, cyberbullying, traffic accidents, kidnappings, robberies, assaults... Your loved ones can be immersed in these cases.

Your family will always be connected. If any member feels in danger or needs help, just by pressing the home button on their Smartphone 5 times, the designated Protectors will be alerted. It doesn't matter if the screen is locked! The home button will act as a Help Button.

Do you want to help them?

It is as simple as indicating in this App which members of your family group you want to protect.

There are two different profiles in the app: You, as PROTECTOR, and your family group as PROTECTED or PROTECTORS.

The administrator will have to configure:

1. YOUR FAMILY: You only need the mobile number of the relatives you want to protect. In the case of having a problem, it would be enough.

When a PROTECTED person emits a signal with the Help Button, the Protectors will receive an alert, the exact location (MAP button) and a video with audio of what is happening at that moment.

2. SECURITY RADIO: You can indicate 6 zones (school, neighbourhood, urbanization...) and you will receive a notification on your mobile every time the Protected enter and leave the security area of ​​the chosen zones.

How do you do it?

In just a few minutes, you will have the App ready to protect your family.

• We will ask for your data to identify you as a Protector and receiver of possible alerts. You just have to include your mobile phone number, name and email.

• Select directly from your agenda the people you want to protect. You will receive a download link for Legálitas by SMS. When they download the app from the SMS and accept the invitation, you can test the Help Button and set up the Safety Radius.

• For the Safety Radius, you only have to determine on the map the area where you want your children and loved ones to be protected. When they leave this area, we will notify you with a notification.

In addition, you will have access to Legálitas lawyers to resolve your legal queries related to minors and new technologies.

How is the App for your loved ones?

• They will receive an SMS with the application download link and they must accept your invitation to be able to use the App.

• In your case, the App is different, you will only see the Help Button on the screen. To activate it, they will only have to press it.

VERY IMPORTANT: When you activate the alarm, your phone will vibrate and your screen will go black so you won't notice that an alert is being sent. As a PROTECTOR, you can stop the alert by simply pressing “Delete”.

When you receive the alert you can also view a video with audio in real time of what is happening. The video is a 15-second snippet that is stored in the “Video” Button once the alert has been activated. There may be multiple 15-second videos, depending on how long the alert has been active. (Users in the family group must allow access to the device's camera.) And of course, you can access the location of your children and loved ones in the "Map" button.

Important information:

It is essential to allow access to the device's camera, GPS will be required to be able to receive the location of the family member who may be in danger and identify how far away it is, this can decrease the battery life of the device
